CNC MACHINING
ARRK’s CNC machining services excel in delivering high-quality parts, whether for individual components or multiple machined parts. Our CNC manufacturing capabilities include producing parts from materials such as ABS, polycarbonate, acrylic, polypropylene, PEEK, model board, and various grades of aluminium, brass, and stainless steel.
RIGID VACUUM CASTING
ARRK offers a wide range of material properties through our vacuum casting process. These include prototypes with ABS like and clear finishes, fire-retardant prototypes made from UL94V0 rated vacuum casting materials, and semi-rigid prototypes that emulate the properties of polypropylene. They are suitable for automotive trim prototypes and hand tool casings. The resins can be coloured in a variety of shades, and ARRK can match pigments to Pantone and RAL classifications or customer samples upon request.
ELASTOMERIC VACUUM CASTING
We specialise in producing high quality elastomeric vacuum castings with a Shore A hardness range from 20 to 90. Our materials are ideal for various applications, including keypads, buttons, and O-rings. Leveraging our extensive experience in overmoulding elastomers onto rigid castings, we create prototypes that faithfully replicate both the functional and aesthetic features of your final product. We offer customisation of our resins to meet specific Pantone, RAL, or customer requests for precise colour matching.
