COMMITED TO PROVIDE QUALITY IN EACH OF THE PROTOTYPING MATERIALS IN ASIA, SINGAPORE, MALAYSIA AND THAILAND
At ARRK, we offer several materials that shape the final component and give its surface and details. We work on functionality and aesthetics, from rough sketches to prototypes to products ready to launch towards the market. Your project will have the highest quality and appropriate materials. By working collectively throughout the process, we will determine the correct choice to reach your objective, get the most significant benefits, and receive a unique and unmatched result.

VACUUM CASTING
Our vacuum casting process is a secure solution to get resistant components; to do so, we have a wide assortment of plastic resins, sizes, and high-standard finishing opportunities. Our casting process allows us to use flexible or rigid materials. For example, we use ABS-like resins for clear or fire-retardant prototypes, UL940 rated urethane and semi-rigid materials that rival polypropylene properties used for hand tools and prototypes of automotive trim. Vacuum casting includes various colors, and we can match pigments with samples from customers, Pantones, and RAL classifications.
ELASTOMERIC VACUUM CASTING
As experienced designers and engineers, we produce elastomeric vacuum castings from 20 Shore A to 90 Shore A.
From keypads to O-rings and buttons, the diversity of components made with this process is diverse. We also provide overmolding elastomeric solutions for rigid casting materials and CNC machined parts. Elastomeric vacuum casting includes various dyes, and we can match colors with samples from customers, Pantones, and RAL classifications. This process is ideal for functional assembly, as well as optical evaluation.

MICROWAVE MOLDING
Our microwave molding system is a secure process to create prototypes quickly for small lots or mass production. We work with micro pellets of thermoplastic resins, heated and dissolved in a silicone mold that develops components. The process is similar to our vacuum casting solution. Microwave Molding is a fast and efficient process to get a lot ready for the evaluation process.
