STEREOLITHOGRAPHY

For this laser method, we keep ourselves updated and pick the best stereolithography resins to achieve astonishingly accurate results in every component. With rigid and tough, flexible, and water transparent plastics, ARRK’s stereolithography rapid prototyping offers various materials and finishing possibilities to add microscopic details to the outcome product. VACUUM CASTING

Our vacuum casting process is a secure solution to get resistant components; to do so, we have a wide assortment of plastic resins, sizes, and high-standard finishing opportunities. Our casting process allows us to use flexible or rigid materials. For example, we use ABS-like resins for clear or fire-retardant prototypes, UL940 rated urethane and semi-rigid materials that rival polypropylene properties used for hand tools and prototypes of automotive trim. Vacuum casting includes various colors, and we can match pigments with samples from customers, Pantones, and RAL classifications.

ELASTOMERIC VACUUM CASTING

As experienced designers and engineers, we produce elastomeric vacuum castings from 20 Shore A to 90 Shore A.
From keypads to O-rings and buttons, the diversity of components made with this process is diverse. We also provide overmolding elastomeric solutions for rigid casting materials and CNC machined parts. Elastomeric vacuum casting includes various dyes, and we can match colors with samples from customers, Pantones, and RAL classifications. This process is ideal for functional assembly, as well as optical evaluation.

CNC MACHINING

CNC machining is an excellent substitute for optimizing prototypes or production parts, and ARRK knows how to expedite this process. Our solution offers high-quality metal or plastic materials to create a precise custom design. To shape components, we use ABS, polycarbonate, polypropylene, acrylic, PEEK, and model board, as well as stainless steel, aluminum, and brass. We also incorporate finishing alternatives such as polishing or spray texture.

MICROWAVE MOLDING

Our microwave molding system is a secure process to create prototypes quickly for small lots or mass production. We work with micro pellets of thermoplastic resins, heated and dissolved in a silicone mold that develops components. The process is similar to our vacuum casting solution. Microwave Molding is a fast and efficient process to get a lot ready for the evaluation process.

SELECTIVE LASER SINTERING (SLS)

SLS Rapid Prototyping (Selective Laser Sintering) uses a laser to fuse plastic powder particles, turning them into solid and durable three-dimensional objects. Depending on the features required for each project, SLS components are made with various plastic materials that go from Nylon PA12 or even Nylon Glass Filled, which are easy to process and provide adaptability.

DIRECT METAL LASER SINTERING MATERIALS

A range of atomized metal powders can be sintered, welded with a precise laser, to create DMLS parts. The process is repeated layer by layer to create the geometries. Highly complex geometries not possible with traditional metal manufacturing can be produced in stainless steel, titanium, cobalt chrome, and aluminum in short lead times.

POLYJET™ MATERIALS

PolyJet™ 3D printing photopolymer resins come in clear, rigid, and flexible allowing you to have printed parts that look and feel like the final product. Available colored resins allow the process to print multiple colors in one part. PolyJet™ provides more material versatility than most other technologies including the ability to print multiple materials simultaneously allowing progressions from stiff to flexible in one part.
